  • Manage the business of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)​
  • Fulfil Purchaser/Owner responsibilities and enforce contractor responsibilities
  • Chair meeting and prepare required reporting

  • Responsible for all reporting under facilities' Environmental Permits
  • Completion of pre-operational and improvement conditions
  • Training of operational staff in permit compliance and it’s importance
  • Implementation of ISO 14001 accredited management systems
  • Providing technically competent person(s)

Project Management Appointment (PMA) role fulfillment

  • Independent administration of the EPC contract
  • Overseeing design development and HAZOPS
  • Certifying milestone payments to the EPC Contractor
  • Certifying Completion Milestones
  • Managing the Defects Liability Period up to the final certificate
