The Zeste team has successfully developed five energy from waste projects (3 MWe to 25 MWe net capacity), totalling £450 million in investment and over 65 MWe gross capacity.
The team has provided management services on projects worth approximately £500 million, representing clients across contracts and SPV operations. Also, led commercial issue resolution in clients' best interests and improved plant performance.
Zeste team has delivered EPC contracts at senior levels, managed O&M contracts including team building, plant management, compliance, and ongoing client communication through construction, commissioning, and operations.
Secured government subsidies, including accrediting the first five ROCs-qualifying Energy-from-Waste plants.
Zeste team has partnered with industry experts from the fields of technical consulting, feedstock supply, construction, operation and finance in order to deliver successful projects.
